  1. Add 'share my portfolio' option

    Hi Chaps,

Feature request which would help expand subscribers. Many members, like myself, like to share weekly performance of our portfolios. I also like to share holdings. It would be great for Stockopedia to allow a 'share portfolio' feature which would also act as a referral link. An option to exclude cash values would be required, and integration with Twitter. It would show off Stockopedia's portfolio management abilities and encourage others to use it. Ideally you could customise it to show weekly, monthly, YTD & total performance. It would also allow people to see buys / sells etc. Just a…

                  • More Moving Averages screening options

My current quantitative screen (which I use to narrow down to the possible field of stocks to only those that are in a 'hard trend') requires stocks to fulfil the following criteria which I am not able to automatically do with the current set up:

                    1) The stock price is above the 200 day moving average.

                    2) The 200 day moving average is in an uptrend.

                    3) The 50 day moving average is above the 150 day moving average and the 150 day moving average is above the 200 day moving average.

Thanks for your help in advance.

                          • Portfolio improvement suggestion

add the average cost after minus away the dividend we received in the portfolio. Suggest to benchmark our portfolio with some of the index around the world so that we know how we are doing.

Suggest to include cost of funds for leverag portfolio so we can get the actual total return minus the interest that are paid.

                            • Add historical average bid/ask spread - add ability to screen for this

It's great that there is already a "spread" information column. However for smaller cap stocks this can vary throughout the day and often a single snap is not indicative of the spread you will likely find as you transact. What would be useful is if you included say a prior 6mo average bid/ask spread (or bid to mid). Then being able to screen for this would be great. Ie filter out very illiquid stocks.

                              • Can you write a monthly report on new or expectant admissions to UK markets please?

Basically a monthly report on new or expectant admissions to the UK market with some brief analysis.

Doesn't have to be every single admission, but would be nice to see something on the site!

                                • How about moving the moving average labels to the left-hand side of the chart.

On the right-hand side the moving average labels are obscuring the graph line when the price is reaching a high.

                                  • Reposition indicator and overlay lables- currently obscuring upper right part of chart!

The label positions are getting in the way of the line/candle sticks on the chart. Either place them somewhere else or let the user move them - matplotlib has loc=best for the legend - perhaps this would work

                                    • Change the overlay order (Z-order) for popup lables (point in time event lables over tend line lables)

In the new charting feature, the hover-over or pop-up labels for trend lines, Bollinger ranges etc have priority over the hover-over or pop-up labels for single point in time events such as a sale or purchase indicator. It would be better the other way round as there is only one place to hover the mouse for a point in time event, whereas anywhere along the line will do to read a line's pop-up label. Changing the Z-order would make the charts easier to use.

                                        • add 2 parallel adjustable channel lines either side of and parallel to the regression trend line

Drawing trend line parallel channel lines is presently tedious and requires having to draw both a trend line and then also manually draw parallel channel lines. Creating the channel lines parallel to the trend line could be automated when the trend line is drawn.
