Add Sector Charts & Performance Metrics
It would be great to add sector charts to the StockReport so you can view the share price versus the sector. This would give a sense of perspective within the sector, having sector peers is good having % performances would make it really sharp.
Also Sector charts on the sector pages would be really awesome.

Plot the average stock ranks for each industry over time.
On Sector Page, for each industry, plot graphs of means of ranks as they evolve over time. Calculation can be done on weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
This will show us which industries are improving or deteriorating.28 votes -

Users should be able to see the sector weighting breakdown for different indexes
For each index (eg. FTSE 100 or S&P 500) users should be able to see the respective weighting that each sector takes up within that index. For example, for the FTSE 100, users would perhaps see 10% Miners, 8% Financials and so on. This data could be presented in chart form (eg. pie chart).

Breadth index on FTSE or a broader based index on UK markets.
As we know FTSE and other UK Indices are capitalisation based and hence do not give equal weight to their constituents.
I do not subscribe to Investors Intelligence but they provide this very useful information. An equal weight performance index tells us, often in advance, the direction of the market in terms of the % of stocks moving up or down as well as an early warning for a reversal.11 votes -
Is it possible to improve the Market Breadth/General Trend Indicators eg perhaps have an Arms Index/TRIN?
This would give a better picture of the overall direction and underlying strengths of the market to use in conjunction with entry/exit points on specific stocks.

Provide more sector classifications - FTSE, GICS, SIC etc
Perhaps a simple table enabling users to translate between your Thomson Reuters Business Classification (TRBC) economic sectors (10) to the more familiar 41 LSE industry sectors that we all used to.

Add more summary data to index views
Looking at
https://www.stockopedia.com/index-prices/ftse-all-share-index-FTSE:ASX/you see
ForecastTrailing Median Ratios
P/E Ratio 15.5 13.8
EPS Growth 12.7% 9.8%
Dividend Yield 3.1% 3.5%1 - would like to see Cover here as well as it if all very well paying a divi, but not so much if you are not making enough money
2 - would like to see FCF here as well as it would be good to see if the index is 'making real money'
3 - provide a capitalisation-weighted set of values along with the median.
